Discover our new composition made of 100% seasonal organic vegetables, ideal for a big family for one week. Currently with 16 varieties: 1 lettuce, 1 green oak leaf lettuce, 1 cauliflower, 500g of leek, 500g of parsnip, 500g of yellow turnip, 300g of lamb's lettuce, 500g of purple carrots, 1 celeri root, 1 fennel, 1kg of pumpkin, 1 piece of red beetroot, 250g of brown button mushrooms, 1/2 red cabbage, 1kg of classical carrots and 300g of black round radish noir mainly harvested by our local farmers in the Alsace region.
